Grants from the PHL COVID-19 Fund helped nonprofits serving these at-risk populations — including seniors, people with disabilities, and those who are experiencing homelessness or who are economically disadvantaged — so community safety nets and other essential supports stayed intact.
The Need Continues
Our focus has now shifted to long-term regional recovery. The PHL COVID-19 Recovery Fund will support nonprofits providing ongoing delivery of food, housing, health, childcare and education services for marginalized populations that have been disproportionately impacted by the pandemic and its economic impact.
